Press Release Body = Job Fairs are one of the most popular events at American and
European universities for those about to graduate and enter the workplace. The 4th
annual Kharkov Job Fair, planned for April, 2006, as all such events, seeks to
contribute to more effective communication between university students seeking
employment and employers seeking candidates to fit their vacancies. One of the many
advantages of Job Fairs is the informal, friendly atmosphere which helps to initiate
this process.

The students know beforehand the list of companies participating in the Job Fair and
come prepared with their "wish lists" of employers with whom they most wish to
speak. The companies, in turn, have a great chance to gauge the quality and
availability of prospective employees, distribute company information, and build a
database of prospective candidates. Past participants of the KhPI Job Fair have
included companies such as Validio (formerly MIIK), Philip Morris International, and
British American Tobacco.

The Kharkov Job Fair is hosted by the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute (KhPI). TEAM
International first attended in 2005 as one of 27 participants. This year, our
company has increased our commitment and become a sponsor of the Job Fair. Our
sponsorship not only gives us an increased recruiting presence at the Fair and
presents TEAM International as a great employer to the more than 1000 students that
attend, but allows us to help contribute to the continued success of the Fair and of
KhPI's graduating students.
